Our scissors are handcrafted by masters in Japan. Each is unique and has minimal differences.
These fabric scissors cut from the thinnest silk to the thickest denim every day for many hours. The grip is comfortable so that the working hand does not get tired.
The delicate marble pattern called Suminagashi, which is often seen in Japanese knives, inherits the tradition of Japanese swords. The professional scissors in our range have this pattern.
Do not hold the blade directly with your hand as it may rust. First, wipe off the fiber remnants on the scissors with a cloth. Then apply a small amount of sewing machine oil with the cloth thinly to the metal blades for lubrication and rust protection.
With the right care, our fabric scissors will accompany you throughout your life.
