Shipping

At our online store we exclusively us the shipping service of DHL within Germany. In Europe we send smaller packages and upper body dress forms via DHL and lower body and suspended dress forms via UPS, due to the pandemic and its restrictions. To North America we ship exclusively via UPS. 

Due to Corona there are currently delays and longer transit times. Please check the DHL and UPS websites for details.

If you live outside these countries, please contact us directly. 

It can take up to 14 days from the time your order is received until it is shipped.

We accept payments via Paypal, credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Diners CLub, JCB) and Sofort Überweisung.
